The text for the Parachutist Badge states "Ignore all Sector requirements (except for Bunkers), including sacrifices, and spend 1 less courage when Advancing". Does this include the DEF value in all sectors except for bunkers? (The rules list DEF with all the other sector attributes). Is the Parachutist Badge that powerful!!?↧
