Thread: D-Day Dice:: Rules:: Vehicles, Flak Vest, and The Croix De Guerre?

Just completed my first game and had a few questions come up. Most of the answers I needed I found covered in the forums here, but I have 3 more I didn't see answers to.

Vehicles, are these always available for purchase? I just didn't make them available in the game I played.

Flak Vest, Can I use this one after seeing the results of the die roll?

Croix De Guerre, Says you gain a "Battle Cry" RWB, can I use this to also add the 3 Courage on the die to my Final Tally, or do you just get the RWB benefit?
