Hi!

If I roll for random attributes in ex."Sector A" and get 3 or 4 on the die, is the penalty/reward a die result to add/remove from my Final Tally or do I add/remove one result on the wheel/dial on my Resource Card?

Same with "Sector B" roll of 2 and 4.
