Only just opened this and played the basic (soldiers and courage only) version of Exercise Tiger.

Let's say that I am in Sector 2 (DEF=4) and when it comes to the move phase of my turn I move into Sector 3 (DEF=3).

When I apply combat losses do I apply 4 casulties because that is the DEF for the sector that started the turn or 3 casulties because that is the DEF for the sector that I moved to.

Since COMBAT comes after MOVE I assume the latter (I use DEF=3 to inflict 3 casulties).
